Obituary for Walter Brown Sr.

Walter Brown Sr.
Walter L. Brown Jr., of Valrico Florida, passed away at 87 on September 29th, 2017.
Walter was born to Walter Sr. and Isabelle Brown on September 15th 1930.
He joined the newly formed United States Air Force in 1950 and served in both the
Korean and Vietnam Wars. His duties included repairing reconnaissance and heavy
airlift aircraft, and he finished out a distinguished military career in 1977 as a C-141A
Flight Engineer and a Flight Systems Instructor. Upon retiring from the Air Force, he
began his second career as a Flight Simulator Quality Engineer for Reflectone Inc.
Walter fully retired in 1997 and settled down to a quiet life in Valrico.

Walter leaves to cherish his loving memory his two daughters, CanDee Baker of
Las Vegas, Nevada and Dorothy Anthony of Adams, North Dakota as well as his
step-daughter, Lisa Shoopak of Indian Shores, Florida and his step-son, Larry
Strickland of Kansas City, Missouri. He also leaves behind 9 grandchildren and
8 great-grandchildren. He is loved, remembered, and will be forever missed.
