Obituary for David "Dave" Witt

David "Dave" Witt
David “Dave” E. Witt, 29, of Winchester, Virginia passed away Wednesday, September 27, 2017 at Winchester Medical Center.

Dave was born in 1988 in Bethesda, Maryland, the son of Glendon E. Witt of Winchester, VA and Rhonda Witt of Valrico, FL. He was a residential and commercial carpenter. Dave was a member of the Terrace Club; he e enjoyed going to flea markets, the outdoors by going tubing and kayaking on the Shenandoah River, and also enjoyed fishing. Dave liked working on cars, loved Jaguar cars, was a NASCAR fan and Pittsburgh Steelers fan. He loved animals, especially his German Shepherd, Sahara.

Surviving with his parents is a brother, Robert Witt (Lindsay) of Stephens City, Virginia; maternal grandmother, Shirley Enix of Valrico, Florida; maternal uncles and aunts, Randy Enix (Mary) of Valrico, Florida and Eddie Enix (Sharon) of Tampa, Florida; paternal uncles and aunts, Marilyn Combs (Hager) of West Alexandria, Ohio and Leonard Witt (Mildred) of New Lebanon, Ohio; cousins, Stephanie Enix, Jennifer Lee, Keith Combs, and Jeannie Rogers; and close friends of the family who are considered “second set of parents”, Dana and Donna Hildebrand of Cross Junction, Virginia.

Dave was preceded in death by maternal grandfather, Efford Enix and paternal grandparents, David and Hester Witt.

A graveside service will be Thursday, October 5, 2017 at 11:00 AM at Serenity Meadows Memorial Park, Riverview, Florida.
